Ceramic Fiber Modules
Western Industrial Ceramics can supply any of the Unifrax modules. They make The Weld-Loc, Power-Loc, Thread-Loc, and Screw-Loc modules, which are all different attachment systems. Their basic module is made from folded or edge grain Durablanket family of refractory ceramic fiber. They have modules that are designed for temperatures from1600 F to 2800 F.
Western Industrial Ceramics can also provide our own module made from folded or edge grain blanket for temperatures up to 2400 F using either a weld stud or thread stud attachment. We have production facilities in both Los Angeles, CA and Portland, OR that allow us to supply shipments on very quick notice. Our modules use similar alloy tubes for holding blanket to attachment flange for easy installation.
In addition we can provide modules of non-standard sizes. Monster modules can be made to nearly any desired measurements for single unit installation. Whether your needs are a few special shape modules or several hundred standard sizes we are prepared to supply quickly, pricing and shipment.
