High Temperature Fabrics (Textiles)
We have inventories or can custom make most refractory textile products. We carry Unifrax’s and 3M’s complete line of fabrics including ropes, cloths, tapes and yarns. These fabrics can be designed for use at temperatures from 500 F to 2000 F. They are also capable of being fabricated into usable products for furnace needs.
Ropes can be made from high temperature fiberglass, silica fibers or refractory ceramic fibers. They can be twisted, round braided or square braided and from ¼� to 2� diameter. In addition to standard ropes they can be custom coated with graphite, Teflon or many coatings for protection depending on needs.
Cloths and tapes also can be supplied made from high temperature fiberglass, silica fibers or refractory ceramic fiber. They are available in a wide range of thickness and sizes and can be coated as need for temperature or corrosion protection.
We utilize products manufactured by Unifrax, 3M, AVS Industries, Newtex and Minseal to give us a complete range of textiles.
