In addition to bricks, insulation and castables, we have a large inventory of auxiliary items for your furnace and temperature needs. We can help you choose anchors, mastic coatings for hot face or cold face needs and temperature controllers for monitoring.
Coatings for cold face can be for temperature reduction or corrosion control depending on your furnace atmosphere. Hot face coatings can be designed to assist with mechanical abrasion, flame impingement or chemical attack. Let us know where your furnace problems are and we can assist with a coating choice to improve refractory performance.
Our anchor inventory has most traditional refractory anchor styles. We have metal castable and gunning anchors mostly of traditional “Y� shapes readily available. We also can supply ceramic anchor systems for hard refractory hanging systems such as pagodas for plastic refractory.
We can assist with thermocouple sheaths and couples for furnace control. We also have engineering assistance for choosing the correct controller for recording and controlling furnace temperature for high limits and steady production operating temperatures.
